- Administrative work completed
- Planning activities undertaken
- Resources reserved
- Third-party costs already incurred
5. Cancellation After Project Commencement#

- Active development may stop.
- Delivery timelines may be revised.
- Team resources may be reassigned.

- Failure to make scheduled payments.
Web of Wave may issue reminder notices before taking further action.

Where a project remains inactive for an extended period despite reasonable follow-up efforts, Web of Wave may classify the project as dormant. For dormant projects, Web of Wave may:
- Suspend development activities.
- Archive project files.
- Release allocated resources.
- Revise project timelines.
- Require a project restart assessment before resuming work.
Any restart may be subject to revised pricing if project requirements, technologies, or business circumstances have materially changed.
9. Client Delays#
Project timelines are based on timely cooperation from the Client. Delays resulting from:
- Late approvals
- Delayed content
- Delayed payments
- Repeated scope changes
- Incomplete project information
may result in revised delivery schedules without constituting a breach by Web of Wave.
10. Project Restart#
Where a cancelled, paused, or dormant project is later resumed, Web of Wave reserves the right to:
- Review the original scope.
- Reassess timelines.
- Reallocate resources.
- Issue a revised quotation where appropriate.
- Apply a reasonable restart fee if significant re-planning is required.
Project restart is subject to resource availability and mutual agreement between the parties.
